河津桜の開花状況Kawazu Cherry blossoms

なぎさ公園・都立大島小松川公園・旧中川沿い・小岩の市川橋脇（西側）の

河津桜（カワヅザクラ）のつぼみが花開きました♪

満開になっていくこれからの様子も楽しみですね(^^)

The buds of Kawazu-sakura -a kind of cherry flower- at Nagisa koen park, Ojima-komatsugawa koen park, Kyunakagawa river side of Ichikawa bridge has started bloom. We are looking forward to the time of full blossom.

梅の花が咲きました

2022年2月9日（水）

春の訪れを告げるように、

富士公園の沢山のつぼみをつけた梅の木に花が咲きました♪

皆さんのご近所のお庭や公園にも咲いている姿がみられるかもしれませんね。

The Ume tree used to have many buds in the Fuji-Koen park of Edogawa city has blossomed like telling us that the spring is coming. You would be able to see Ume tree blossoms around your neighborhood, wouldn’t you? (^^)

小岩フラワーロードで散策

2022年1月２1日(金)のお昼の時間

小岩駅と共に発展してきた商店街をふらっと散策（＾＾）

小岩駅前は再開発中で高層マンションも建設され始め、一方で商店街は古くからあるお店が多く存在し面白い街並みになってきています。

 Walked around a shopping street near the Koiwa station. The Koiwa station area has been changing the location by the big and tall building construction. On the other hand, the shopping street has many old shops and it’s also interesting place.

そんな小岩駅南口のフラワーロードを彩る花壇にも注目です。

 Let’s focus on every flower beds on the Flower-Road shopping street.

鮮やかなパンジーやビオラなどがボランティアの方々の手によって植えられて咲いています。こんな寒い時期にも咲き、開花期間が秋から春と長いのが特徴のパンジーとビオラですが、ヨーロッパに分布するたくさんの種類のスミレをかけ合わせてできた園芸植物です。

Volunteers planted flowers of pansy, viola, and others.

Pansy, viola is winter flowers which have based on violets from Europe.

春には、JR小岩駅南口フラワーロードで「花壇コンクール」が行われます。

200ヵ所の花壇を舞台に行われます。

どんな花壇が見られるのか楽しみですね。

The Flower beds competition is held at the Flower Road shopping street in every spring. There’re about over 200 flower beds on the street. Looking forward to beautiful decorations on every flower beds.
