コスモスが咲き始めました　Cosmos

ぽつぽつとコスモスが咲き始めました。

満開になったら思わずスマホを取り出して撮影タイムがはじまりそうな風景が広がっています。コスモスの原産地はメキシコで、和名は「秋桜（あきざくら）」、秋を代表する花です。桜前線とは反対に北からだんだん南下してくるコスモス前線。涼しい秋を連れてきてくれるようですね。

ここ江戸川区にももうすぐやってきます。 

今日はそんなコスモスの見られるエリアを２つご紹介いたします。

Cosmos start blooming lottle by little. The best season of taking cosmos photos is coming soon. Cosmos is from Mexico. Jaoanese people call ti "Akizakura (image of blooming is similar to cherry flowers in spring)".

The blooming area is spreading from north in Japan. 

We can see the blooming in our Edogawa city soon.

キバナコスモスは、一般的なコスモスとは別の品種で、花色や性質が少し異なります。

一般的なコスモスは基本的に短日植物（日照時間の短い時期に咲く植物）ですが、一方、キバナコスモスは日が長くても咲く品種です。

General type of cosmos blooms only under the short sunshine season. On the other hand, this golden cosmos can bloom under the long sunshine day.

ピンクのコスモスも咲き始めています。Pink color ones

濃紅色のコスモスも咲いています。青空とのコントラストが映えそうですね。

ポニーランドの柵の周りにあるコスモスが咲き始めています。

コスモスは日当たりがよく、風通しのよいところを好みます。

丈夫で育てやすいコスモス！９月頃まで種まきもできます。

コスモスの周囲の花びら（舌状花：ぜつじょうか）は８枚、規則的に並んでいます。白、ピンク、あるいは濃紅色などです。中央の黄色い所も実は花で「筒状花：つつじょうか」と言います。このようにパーツごとに形の違う花が集まって、私たちがいう「花」になっているんですね。

その秩序だった様子からギリシャ語の「kosmos」＝「調和」「秩序」＝cosmos(調和のとれた宇宙観）となったそうです。（インターネット調べ）

お花のコスモスと宇宙（観）がつながっているとは・・・！

A flower of cosmos is made by comvination of 8 petals and some tubular-flowers. The name of "cosmos" is from the image of greek "Kosmos (hermony in space)"(internet)

 It's woder that  the name of cosmos related in space, isn't it?
